We understand that you upload sensitive identity documents (passports, visa copies, and work permits). We treat this information with extreme caution.

All uploaded documents, PDFs, and images are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 90 days after your check is completed.

We retain only the core metadata of your check (verdict score, certificate ID, and timestamp) in our secure database for verification lookups.

2. The Information We Collect

To complete a visa verification, we collect:

• Applicant Details: Full name, phone number, visa number, and passport number provided in the request form.
• Uploaded Documents: Scan copies or high-resolution photos of the visa, passport bio page, or work permit you wish to verify.
• Contact Information: Phone number or email (if provided) used solely to send you the final report link or updates regarding your check.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit strictly for verification purposes:

• Analyzing the document structure, fonts, layout, and metadata using our automated rules engine.
• Performing manual checks against public, official government databases (e.g. Saudi MOFA, UAE Smart Services).
• Generating and rendering your final PDF verification report and web page.

We do not sell, rent, or share your documents or identity data with any recruitment agencies, employers, sub-agents, or third-party marketing companies.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS) protocols and stored securely at rest. Access to uploaded files is restricted exclusively to the credentialed human specialists assigned to review your check.

5. Your Rights

You can request immediate manual deletion of your files and check metadata at any time. Simply contact us with your check ID or receipt number, and our support team will permanently erase your data within 24 hours.
