1. Our Verification Promise
We promise to deliver a complete, specialist-signed verification report for every order. If we are unable to verify your document due to factors within our control or if we cannot complete the check, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund
We will gladly issue a full refund of your payment under the following circumstances:
- Unable to Verify: If official government portals are down permanently, or if the document image quality is too low to run the verification and our team cannot complete the assessment.
- Missed Deadline: If your verification report is not delivered within the promised time frame of your selected package (excluding cases where additional documents are requested from you).
- Order Cancellation: If you request cancellation before our document specialists have begun reviewing your files.
3. When Orders Are Non-Refundable
To protect the integrity of our service, we cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios:
- Confirmed Fake Verdicts: If our specialists analyze your document and issue a verdict of "Fake" or "High Risk", the service is fully rendered. The value of Probashi Visa Checker is catching fraudulent documents before you travel. Identifying a fake visa is a successful verification and is not eligible for a refund.
- Completed Reports: Once a report has been signed and delivered to you with a valid verdict, the service is considered fully delivered.
- Incorrect Information: If you input incorrect applicant details (e.g. wrong passport number) in the form, and the check is completed based on that data, a refund cannot be issued. You will need to submit a new check with correct details.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] or via our Contact section with:
- Your Order ID (e.g. VC-XXXXXX)
- The email address or phone number used for the order
- A brief description of the reason for your request
Approved refunds are processed immediately and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or mobile banking channel (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
